If it weren't for the whining from the pro abortion crowd most people wouldn't have a clue the ad concerned abortion at all.

Its not that I don't know exact what you were trying to say. I'd just like to rub your nose in the fact that you can't argue worth a crap without resorting to ad hominem and rub Patsfan13's nose in the fact that he has no interest in doing his job if it means censuring someone on the other side of the fence from him. Twofers appeal to me.

Anyway, there's been 44 of these games. The first 43 were free of this divisive political crap. Lets hope the next 44 are as free.

That's a nice thought...but confusing. Are you pro life or pro death?

Myself, I'm neither. Both are going to happen and many deaths are at the hand of men. Many times those same men are the ones who weep about aborted fetuses but feel fine giving the nod to the murder of innocent already-born children because they have bad geography. Know what I mean?

and if a given kid is better off never having been born then it seems to me like he would be better off killing himself once he is old enough to realize he'd have been better off not having been born. Not that I want anyone to kill himself but it seems like the logical step given the quoted statement.

But those two things aren't "logically" connected. They are only connected by superficial commonalities. You are comparing apples to oranges simply because they are round or fruit. They're actually very different.

I know it's extreme but to me it's more related than it is to you. If life's not worth living then why continue to live ?
