Does it concern you at all that protecting a terrorist caught in the act, would have the ability to escape answering questions at a time when information they could get about future, even immanent attacts was missed out on because he/she gets the right to remain silent? Terrorists at war with the US should be under military juristiction.

I thought it was a bad idea. BTW since you weren't here, IMO the enhanced interrogation used on KSM was just fine.
