And thanks to today's ruling, Holy Diver LLC is now permitted to spend whatever assets you are willing to spend to advocate for whatever political platform you would like to.

By the way, interpreting today's ruling as granting "citizenship" to corporations is too ignorant to address.

I invite you to give it a try. I just hope for your sake they have internet access at the prison you'll be residing at.

Boy, an awful lot of open minded and tolerant liberals who claim to love diversity, the Constitution and free speech really are upset that those ideals have actually been upheld today!

If you can't see the obvious distinctions, then I can't possibly make it any clearer. Apparently 100 years of legislators and justices, liberal and conservative alike, we able to see it. If you can't see something as patently obvious as how unlimited financial expenditures would distort the political process, then you're either dim or a hack (or more likely, both).

I know more about the Constitution than you'll ever even delude yourself into believing you know

I'm sure our Founding Fathers were gazing into their crystal ball when they wrote it, and thus were able to compensate for the effects that corporate money has in our electoral process.

Moreover, since the SCOTUS justices who are more conservative in temperament tend to decry judicial activism and subscribe to stare decisis, this would be, well, just about the transparently hypocritical and politically motivated decision in some time, now wouldn't it?

And you actually have the temerity to claim you have the first bit of knowledge about free speech and the Constitution. Free speech is not a blanket or immutable right, and is and has been restricted in a variety of contexts.

Try again, Einstein.

Welcome to the Facist States of America!

Unreal....

I thought RIGHTS only applied to individuals....?

My opinion is that corporartions should NOT be allowed to give one cent to campaigns.

Cannot wait for the day..

Microsoft endorses
Coca Cola endorses..

If you thought campaign financing was bad before, just wait for this.. the common man's belief that his contribution will help, is duped again..
