IT is a FACT that if you don't relase them, they can't kill anyone else.

The concept of reforming a person who would rather fight and/or die for a cause ... especially a religion is inane. History is loaded with examples of people sacrificing their life for their religion. We have our own men, right now sacrificing their life for our country. If captured should they be reformed so as not to rejoin our military and fight again?

I'm not saying there's a solution here. I'm just not surprised these people have rejoined ... they would be cowards and live a life of shame if they did not go back to their cause. There's one thing these people have right ... you catch someone who wants you dead or is against you then you kill them ... that's what you do.
