ObamaCare is the best example why US Consitution is deeply flawed. Here are the reasons:

1- What do you say when a company puts others out of business? Monopoly or anti-trust?

What do you say when ObamaCARE puts other private insurance companies out of business?

2- What do you say when somebody wants you to pay upfront before giving you a product 2 years down the road? A scam or a fraud????

What do you say when Obama wants you to buy his OBAMACARE before he lets you use it in 2014?

3- What do you say when a government puts its citizens in a prison for having a different opinion? A violation of human right?

What do you say when Obama puts you in jail for not having ObamaCARE?

By the way, can you name a country which puts its citizen in jail for not having a health insurance??? Yes, it's only US.

Somehow and someway, Obama makes Obamacare look so legit and legal. Please don't forget that Obama didn't have to show his real birth certificate for his presidency either.

Yes, US Constitution is deep flawed because i don't see how Obama can get away with what he is doing if it's NOT deeply flawed.

Obama was right that our original Consitution was deeply flawed. That's why it has been amended so many times. Your points about Obamacare are right-wing talking points and not grounded in fact.
