Default Ted Kennedy As Seen By Black History Students

http://abcnews.go.com/US/BlackHistory/story?id=1532309

Feb. 1, 2006 — Recently, Larry Watson saw proof in one of the college classes he teaches that Black History Month was needed more than ever.

"I asked the students in my class whether they knew who their Senate representative was," said Watson, who teaches music and sociology at three colleges in Boston. "No one knew. And when I asked who was Sen. Edward Kennedy — the most activist senator in our country — the only thing most of my students could say was that he was fat and that he was drunk.
*************

Maybe Uncle Teddie was drunk again when he made that typically incoherant rant against SCOTUS justice Alito? Teddy 'missed' the State of the Union speech last nite cause he was at a 'private party'. Chivas anyone?

Thats how most of the country sees Uncle Teddy, that is "outside of Mass" they see him as a "fat drunk", many see him as a "fat drunk" that got away with MURDER.

The man was a Disgrace at the Alito Hearings, I hope the media keeps the "fat drunk" in front of the camera's more often, it is good for the Right Wing.

Two things:

A. Where does Black History Month fit in?

B. Which is worse?
1.They think those things about Kennedy are all that matter.
2. No one knew who their Senator was.
3. The prof didn't know that everyone has two of them.

And I'm sure if the teacher asked them their thoughts on President Bush they all would have gotten erections.
