Patrick Kennedy took contributions from Abramoff. There has been no evidence that he did anything wrong. As a matter of fact, he stated he would not return the contributions. I find it incredible that the right wingers jump all over Kennedy for being guilty but will defend Delay with the "innocent until proven guilty" response. It's also amusing that you are pointing fingers at a rep from the smallest state while the Speaker of the House is up to his neck in guilt. But lets stick to the facts, today's scorecard shows two Republican leaders of the House have stepped down, and one White House official has resigned. I'm willing to wager that the next two individuals who resign, step down, or are indicted will be Republicans. Any takers?

Scout, have pity on the conservatives. If you found yourself spending the last 6 years supporting someone like Bush, you'd probably get defensive before admitting the truth to yourself. They'll come around. America is starting to wake up that something is seriously amiss in Washington.
