Why was the trial moved after all the Military commission was allowed to be used in the case of the guy who bombed the USS Cole, BO said KSM should be tried by a military tribunal in 2006.


However the ACLU and a group of left attorney's from a thing called the John Adams project have assembled a dream team to get KSM off. Was this all of it? No politics are the driver.


Dear Leaders numbers are tanking, his stimulus was a total failure. Unemployment is still going up with no sign of increasing employment.

In short for political purposes team obama needs to change the subject. They want a farce trial where the Bush administration on trial not KSM and the other enemy combatants.


The beautiful part from their sick POV is that when/if the killers are acquitted they will blame Bush, for 'torturing' the killers to get the confessions and not reading them their Miranda rights.......


They don't care about punishing KSM they want to punish Bush Cheney, to try and improved dear leaders numbers,the country be damned.

Did you view this captioned thread... don't get fooled by the title, it shows how mismanaged this whole thing has been from the onset... now everyone is an armchair quarterback and flip flopping all over the place, Guiliani was having orgasms over the first trial.. now it is bad...Mukasey is running his mouth, and he effectively did nothing.. I suspect that right now after the days events on the right wing spin machine, that a ton of americans feel that way... but when push comes to shove it is the best choice..
