The funny thing is that as ridiculous as that picture is, the situation inside the courthouse was even worse. At least in that picture he is cuffed and there are other agents around. But what happened in the courthouse is thanks to political correctness, the authorities can't cuff a guy heading into court and he was escorted by a solo female police guard who was something like 5'1", 110 pounds. It would be discrimination to say a 5'1", 110 pound woman cannot do the job as well as a 6'3", 220 pound man.

All this ranting over political correctness is pretty funny, especially coming from state. You want to be able to profile people or question a person's allegiances based on religion or race, especially those of Islamic faith, and yet the moment you allow this you'll start complaining when people of other religions (like Judaism) are automatically not trusted when it comes to US secrets, national security, or Middle Eastern policy.

I have had a number of partners while in corrections, some of which are women.. there have been some very big men who have been useless, would prefer a level headed woman who knows what she is doing and can prevent problems... it is not about size, it is about streetsmarts and preventing issues..

A standard that we all lived by, is that no matter how big or bad you are, there is always someone badder... and you cannot control people unless they allow you to control them.

Once again another epic fail,from people who do not know their asses from their elbow, and rely on Michelle Malkin for their information..

The guy who worked at the Portland, Maine, airport the morning of 9/11 and felt a distinct chill when faced with Mohammed Atta, thinking, "If this guy doesn't look like an Arab terrorist, then no one does." Then he gave himself a mental slap across the face and allowed Atta to board the plane. Three hours later the North Tower of the WTC would be a smoldering ruin.

Yeah, sure, political correctness doesn't kill. Those of you who think that are hopeless.

I've had people react the same way to the Drudge Report, where I go right after my homepage of Instapundit, and Fox News, which I rarely watch. But if I did watch TV news it's where I'd go. It's the fairest and most balanced.

Evidence, DarrylS, evidence. Why should we make it easy on you, only accepting evidence from news sources you and your ilk deem not tainted?

But as I always say, let the data speak. And it's not as though Michelle Malkin isn't a mainstream media figure on the right, being a syndicated columnist, proprietor of a very popular website, and on the TV all the time. You're going to have to deal with her arguments or facts. Demonstrate their falsity, then you win. And I'll acknowledge that. Truly.
