Depends on the final bill. Most Western nations have already shown that it's possible to provide quality care for less, so obviously it's possible. More so with a nationalized system, though.
With long waits, low quality of care, and rationing. Nationalized health care has proved disastrous in Great Britain and Canada, and in states such as TN, and Mass.
