Actually, Harry, be fair: Let's credit Karl Rove, the U.S. Supreme Court, and perhaps Diebold. Bush actually had very little to do with getting elected. He's a competent politician, who built a corrupt engine that brought him to power. For that he deserves credit (as do many other world leaders who manage to use similar techniques to get 90% or more of the vote). At any rate, once elected, he's really accomplished very little. What would you say are Bush's biggest policy accomplishments?
