Strange title, I know! But we could use a little humor around here...no?

But a Virginia guy was arrested for being naked in his own home. Yup...some nosey woman with her son spotted him at 5:30am THROUGH HIS WINDOW!!!

The police called him a pervert and entered his bedroom to arrest him without his permission. I walk around like that all the time and if someone wants to look in my window, that's their problem. And if I want to walk by a window, I don't have to close the shades.

I thought we're supposed to arrest the person who peeps in someone's window...not the other way around!

Stupid police!

This is an old issue, there's tons of case law working against you. You have to take the extra effort to keep others from seeing your gross, naked self. Not the other person.

No, I dont...and I won't.

I do not stand in open windows naked, so if anyone sees me, they'd have to be nosey-bodies. And I LOVE to piss off those types. Just because she had a kid with her makes it no different than if she didn't.

From some of the reports, she and her kid were cutting through this guy's yard when they saw him. They should be arrested for trespassing.
