It's no use, you always crap yourself at the end. A lot, since we're too far out to be killed by the overpressure from the shock wave, and that leaves radiation poisoning. Dammit I knew I should have stayed in the city way back in the day. I mean, it'll probably be a halfass little hiroshima-strength device... Ugh.

What truly saddens me is that God knows about this horrific fate awaiting me and all my neighbors, and does not lift a finger to stop it. I guess the next thing Mr. Hallucinating Preacher will say is it's okay, we all deserve it... children, innocents, and other fanatics of his exact theological stripe included.

Eh well, got the shopping, got the dry cleaning, all ready for another normal Sunday. Just in case, you know.
