Interstate Commerce Clause Used, Well, To Do Almost Anything
Roger Pilon and Andrew Napolitano argue its New Deal interpretation of the Commerce Clause is way too broad. It can regulate almost anything.
The only thing restricting it is the imagination of the criminal class (politicians). Stop turning the Constitution on its head, argues Mr. Pilon. Hear, hear.
