Unfortunately he chose not to post the actual link as to the agenda of the day, instead he chose to editorialize..
If he feels guilty, maybe he has a reason to feel that way... some folks call this stuff awareness.. but it is a stupid topic, as it has no veracity as to the actual content of the day.
These things are usually optional, a simple answer is don't go... it was for a leadership conference, these agendas are usually known before you go.. if you don't like the agenda do not go.. this was not a mandatory activity, he knew the agenda, but still chose to go and then chose to whyne like a little bytch.. look how bad the liberal establishment is.. it is all bullshyt, lies and hyperbole

Oh, another poor me, I'm white, piece. Too bad so many righties are racist, otherwise at least they could wish they were black, where they think all the advantages lie. But, that whining Human Events piece is not only ignorant, it's embarrassing. When the right thinks that self-knowledge equates with guilt, they are showing their ignorance. To be aware of white privilege is simply about sensitizing people to their advantages as a way of reducing prejudice. But, true bigots can't be sensitisized in this way. They are idiots.
A quick search, and I found what appears to be a pretty good list of white privileges. I don't feel guilty being white, and I don't know one liberal who feels guilty. In fact, I appreciate my privileges as a white male, yet at the same time I understand it's unfair and not in the interest of society.

30. If I declare there is a racial issue at hand, or there isn't a racial issue at hand, my race will lend me more credibility for either position than a person of color will have.
36. If my day, week or year is going badly, I need not ask of each negative episode or situation whether it had racial overtones.
