I heard about this a couple of days ago in fact i was just about to do some research on it.

Didn't the judge also shot down a birther law suit and say that this isn't Alice in Wonderland?

Anyways i'm not sure shes even a citizen, which in that case she shouldn't buy she should rent herself an apartment.

Regarding Taitz's claims that Obama's birth certificate is illegitimate, Land said, "Unlike in 'Alice In Wonderland' simply saying something is so

The birther movement is dead. The only way the birther movement had any legs would have been for a Congressman or Senator would have challenged in court.

I do hope at some point that Congress establishes a clear cut procedure for running. We cannot take a chance of a non-American running in the future based on this muddy issue. If we're going to ignore our Constitution then we should make the proper amendments to change the rules.

Do you think wiith all our levels of and layers of security, the FBI knows the answer to this?? Do you think the former prez knew also?? If he was not, do you believe Cheney and his vice president would have known also??

We've already gone over this from that angle. The point is very clear here ... this should be like applying for a government job because it is a government job. It's not a question of whether Obama should be President ... it's a question of we don't have an airtight procedure for this process which is amazing. Other than the media we do not have a vetting process to run for President.

I think we should have rules in place ... I don't think that it's wrong to think that. BTW ... they need to work on this czar crap also that Bush exploited and Obama continues. We need to follow our Constitution or change it to adapt to current times. Our Constitution is slowly getting trampled and that could be dangerous in the future. Bush abused it and some of it continues.
