No, that would be your Jason Leopold chasing his "secret" Rove indictment.

The only claim I made, which is completely indisputable, is that Leopold got out in front of the story. Rove should have been indicted, and likely was. If you'd like to get into it -- again -- we can do so.

When/where did I ever claim Rove got convicted? Is this how you defend your idiotic statement that Beck has set some "standard?" By making up a completely unrelated straw man? LOL.

Rove was never indicted, Patrick Fitzgerald stated so. No indictment ever existed. The only story Leopold was out in front of was the one he made up in his mind. Your the one sticking to the "Rove indictment" story from years ago. Surely if true a trial must have been held by now? What was the outcome?

Smarmy much? I never said Rove was hit with an indictment. Do you have a reading problem? I said he deserved to be indicted. Lying to federal investigators is a felony. I also said I believe the Justice Department intervened, and that the indictment process got to the 11th hour before it was halted. Lastly, I said Leopold got out in front of a story before it played out. You know, sorta like what you're doing here.

Meanwhile: 06 cr 128, involving Fitzgerald and that Grand jury, remains sealed vs. sealed. I'm sure it's an "unrelated" indictment.

O, for a peek behind the curtain -- or at least a properly functioning crystal ball -- about now.

Some people only know what their unions tell them to know.

Did you not just state in an above post that Rove was likely indicted???

Let us do get into it.
Is this the "indisputable" Leopold story?
t r u t h o u t | Sealed vs. Sealed

This is a blatently false premise. From practicing law in the DC court system I can tell you that the filing of Sealed vs Sealed cases is common practice.

Who is named in Sealed vs Sealed 06 cr 128 we do not know. We do however know who it is not.

So, I'm a little confused by the NYTimes piece: is it "truthout" or "rumorout" that so desperately tried to give legs to the Rove lynching .... er,.... "indictment"??????

As many times as necessary, or until I get an answer... simply put, is every Obama advisor a czar???, or is this just a figment of the right's imagination or their spin machine???
