In the meantime, here ya go again, let's see if you can avoid an epic fail the second time around on your reading comprehension:

"“Neither party has an exclusive on whack jobs,” says Republican media consultant Mark McKinnon. “Unfortunately, right now the Democrats generally get defined by President Obama, and Republicans, who have no clear leadership, get defined by crackpots — and then they begin to define the Republican Party in the mind of the general public.”

Why am I handing this wisdom out to you? Because I know people like you will never GET IT and will continue to hit the gas pedal in the enclosed garage that is the Angry Right today. THAT is what people like McKinnon, Frum, Grassley and EVEN Newt Gingrich are trying to stop at this point. Nope, not happening. Despite their efforts, the Genie is out of the bottle.

God Bless You, Foggy!!!! And keep up the good work.

Who's doing all this "defining" you keep talking about??? If you think carefully thinking Americans are going to allow the networks, Katie Couric, Letterboy, Dianne Sawyer, Michael Moore, or Rachel Maddow define Republicans, you need to go on the wagon.

We'll work things out, don't you worry about it. You can get back to your salon discussion with your imported beer and all that.

Well, it was only a temp job cleaning your mess, anyway. Oh, and I wouldn't drink the wine in your cellar .... I peed in all of it.

"Or who?" Is it exactly. You've gone after Gates and Van Jones, good for you. Hurray!!

As for the other two - when's the last time you heard from either of them? When, in fact, did you ever hear from WIlliam Ayers? I don't exactly see him out there on national tv or on talk radio screaming and hollering 'bout nuttin. Not since 1968 anyhow.

There's crackpots everywhere, fer cryin out loud. Just look around here and you can figure that out. Heck, I've only been here a few days and the realization was not hard to come by.

However much you want to play nothing but tit-4-tat in lieu of presenting a solid argument or making an actual case for yourselves you can't keep responding with "I'll see your rude congressman and raise you with a crackpot preacher" type of thing with any of us. We acknowledge that there are liberals who don't amuse us or please us - that's life.

This may come as a shock to you but there are Democrats that we don't agree with - or that we just plain out don't like. We're ok with that.

We'd be ok with you guys not always rushing to defend every single one of "your people," too. It might even go a long way towards making us respect you for that matter if you were to occasionally admit that maybe Glen Beck DOES get carried away or that while Sarah Palin is cute and cuddly and conservative to boot that she has indeed told a few whoppers and maybe she's not quite as honest or as "different" as she wants us (or you) to believe.

And no, calling an ex-president "The Chimp" doesn't count.

So much straw and non-sequitor .... where to begin??!!

Anywho, Sara will rise or fall on HER merits, or lack thereof. We don't need Katie Couric's dirty looks, or Lorne Michaels to tell us -- ha-ha, she's a "flake", ha-ha -- or any of the other smarm from the "elites" of America. Thanks, anyway. For every Couric, Letterboy, Maddow and Keith Olberman, you're going to see a Beck or a Rush; the law of balance at work.

There are some decent Dems out there .... called "Blue Dogs" ... who have kept their heads on pretty straight; some decent Repubs, too, not all but some.

But the real issue is the airwaves because THAT is where the people carry on the real debate. And as long as religion and religious views are treated as either a "joke" or a "third-rail" and thus "untouchable to discuss", we're going to have sharper and sharper divisions between the right and the left, unfortunately probably leading to more violence eventually.

There's only ONE bridge, and it's a HIGHER power, but NOT the current self-appointed elites we see today trying to dominate the scene, from either the LEFT or the RIGHT. There are important voices that need to be heard, and those are NOT on the extremes that have gotten all the attention the past 40 years.

....so you're drinking Budweiser in Vilnius?????

Isn't that like climbing Mount Everest to win a Yugo?

In the meantime, if you read the article, they were all REPUBLICANS who were making the statements.......but keep up your little Civil War, I wouldn't be surprised if the Dems were bankrolling Orly Taitz or Sarah Palin.
