I am a grandparent who is raising a grandchild and have no issues with this speech, did not have a problem with Bush I when he did it in the early 90's.. the president is supposed to be a leader, this is one of the thing leaders do, inspire our young folks....
The only problem I have is it is 18 minutes long, which is about 13 minutes too long..
