The carelessness with which the underclass produces babies is a thing to behold to those of us who hold a more decorous, middle class perspective.

How does a society teetering on welfare bankruptcy get it's accountability back? We have droves of people who are part of the problem not the solution. What is going on? Welfare is hindering more than it's helping and I feel for those that truly just need the help.

Is is my impression that the OP, when posting stories about bad individuals, almost always chooses stories with black subjects. That is his prerogative, but my perspective is that it violates the spirit of this forum where racism and stereotyping are not allowed. If someone else wants to post the same story, fine, or if you feel this thread should be reopened, contact FTW.
