NATO airstrike kills more than 90 in Afghanistan - CNN.com

Oh well. They shouldn't have gotten in the way of our missiles. Hopefully some women and children died as well. God knows we already have too many women and children!

Yeah. I'll be willing to bet that the response if Bush was still in office will be far different than the response now. Not to say the blame should be put on Obama for this one (that would be retarded) because he's not personally responsible. But there are a few people out there that would have held Bush responsible for this one a year ago today. I'm glad you brought this up.

If so driven, I may go back a couple of pages tonight to find an article like this one from when Bush was in office.

So the fuel trucks were hijacked ... supposedly by militants.

Well ... here's the kicker ... if militants hijacked the trucks then why were citizens stealing (taking) the fuel. Did any of these dumb azzes consider that if it really was militants who stole the trucks why would they let citizens steal the fuel. Seems like some regular thugs stole the trucks so their people could get some free fuel. Impoversihed people getting fuel to run their generators is my guess ... not militants.

Obama will skate on this one ... the Germans did it.

I wonder if this would have ever happened if Skippy McDumbazz hadn't let Iraq take his attention away from the actual terrorist threat?

who here is giving Obama a free pass for foreign occupation? Not me... Not many people I see around here.

However... It's one thing to lie your fighting men and women into a foreign occupation or two by declaring war on an ideology, and then draw away from that conflict when it's discovered there's no oil there afterall. It's another to get back on the original enemy and try and stablize a powder keg nearby, inflamed by the previous bozo's war crimes.

Still, no one is saying it's acceptable to kill civilians. No one.

We shouldn't even be there. It should have been a conflict fought entirely by the CIA from the moment Rumsfeld refused to corner UBL with troops.

But, try as hard as you might, Kon, let's not lose sight of the fact that it's the Cheney cabal who got that ball rolling, and declared war on an ideology -- utterly based on fraud.

Guarantee you that bin Laden wasn't in Afghanistan long after U.S. troops arrived. He scooted over the border to Pakistan at the first sign of trouble and let his boys do the dirty work.

That said, I've never personally agreed with the war in Iraq.

Bin Laden is dead.

Renal failure is kind of a big deal... Especially running from one mountainous hideout after another.
