Pakistan briefed Cheney [about the plans for the terrorist attacks ahead of time] …nations also got wind of this and warned the CIA. We also had two walk-ins to the FBI, one in Orlando, one in Newark, that were dismissed by the FBI because the names were all virgins and not in the FBI data base—the arrogance of stupid bureaucracy.
Cheney saw an opportunity for what Bush called his trifecta, and gave it to him by giving the go-ahead to ISI and Al Qaeda, and ordering up a terrorism exercise that allowed him to send all relevant close-in air defense strip alert craft away from the target areas, and to disable the NORTHCOM normal response to flight path diversion.

More diarea, and still no proof. So other nations briefed us on it, and all these different people knew it was coming, but Cheney decided he was going to let it happen anyway. Yeah, that makes sense. Where's the proof? It's thermite and a demolition one day, it's a missle on another, to now it being an actual terrorist planned attack, that Cheney decided was going be allowed through, so he could have multiple wars later. Excuse me if I pass on the diarea.

It's not diarrhea.
There are multiple weird oddities about 9-11, whether you look at WTC7 falling, or what a coincidence that the day of the attacks, all relevant military jets were pulled away from that airspace. Bin Laden was also a CIA agent for us for over 20 years - we found Saddam in a hole in the desert, but we can't find a guy hooked up to a dialysis machine?
It's very similar to how FDR let Pearl Harbor happen, after provoking the Japanese he even hid the attack information from his own admirals, he wanted to get into WWII any way he could.

I think of the enormous amount of good will that would have been showered on Bush if he just had a few Delta Force guys stop the attacks as they unfolded and see that as massively less risky than letting the attacks unfold and hoping people don't toss him out for being incompetent.
