I think most people in MA liked Ted Kennedy and I think a majority are happy with Barney Frank, Mike Dukakis, and John Kerry. The only one's who complain about them are conservatives, but conservatives in this state are a pretty sad site given their irrelevance.

Weld and Cellucci getting reelected then skipping town for a "better" job...three consecutive Speakers of the House in trouble with the law, the fourth likely at some point in the future...the former Senate President in trouble with the law...at least Mumbles Menino was just within the City of Boston, hasn't spread outward.

Was the last one the state could be proud of Tip O'Neil or maybe Paul Tsongas?

Its not that many people complaining. Face it most incumbents get re-elected. Its just that the complainers yell real loud.

A little more news, a lady showed up at the AG's office looking for the filing papers for the special election today. She claimed an affiliation with Martha Coakley.

Also Ted left behind nearly 5 million in his campaign account. A candidate's entitled to leave instructions on how to disperse it and I'm sure those instructions are in place. I figure the money goes straight to Joe to go along with Joe's own 2 mil or it'll get thoroughly dispersed.

If the person is looking for the papers at the AG office they are in the wrong place...

Well not now, I wouldn't be surprised if this lady brought the papers right to Martha at work, but yeah the office to pick them up in the first place is the Secretary of State's Election office.
