I don’t think the neighbors are bigots they might be in the closet though there are a lot of phonies out there, I know a lot of Left Wing Democrats in Cambridge who still find ways around Renting to Minoritys.

I am going down to NH, one of my sons has a big house down there with a five room Apt attached he has ten acres so I’ll still be able to Climb a Tree when I get drunk, I’m worried about my Neighbors Wife nobody around here will have sex with her but me maybe I can get my granddaughters father in law interested in her, he’s partially blind, I’m giving him my Horse too, I wish I could be here when the neighbors first see him riding up the road on a Horse…….

I don't know if i' sell it to your granddaughters father in-law, anything can happed. Your Granddaughter yes. What (God forbid) if something happened between your granddaughter and her husband its not like see would not have any claim to the house.

I have been getting ready to sell anyway it's time and these are good people nobody else in the family seems interested they are all scattered doing their own thing we all get together here once a year and raise hell but we can still do that anywhere and of course the money will let my wife and I live comfortably and I won't be a burden on anybody, it's not a done deal yet though, another reason I like this guy, when I play my banjo you should see the bastard Tap Dance, if I can get him drunk enough he gets up on the picnic table and goes crazy.
