Well here's some common sense thought on housing from Obama.
"Analysts say the approach takes a wrecking ball to Bush’s heavy emphasis on encouraging homeownership as a way to create national wealth and provide upward mobility for low- and working-class families, especially minorities. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan’s recalibration of federal housing policy, they said, shows that the Obama White House has acknowledged that not everyone can or should own a home.
In addition to an ideological shift, the move is a practical response to skyrocketing foreclosure rates, tight credit, and the economic crisis."

Re: Obama admits, not everyone deserves to own a home
I got a great idea. How bout a little honesty in our lending insititutions? That way, those that can afford one, can buy one (that they can afford), and those that can't, won't....... What a novel concept.
I personally don't give a fukc if Obama thinks I should live in a house or not. It's not really any concern of his.

Don't be a sucker, man.
You know as well as I do that it was the banks who really boned us from behind (and we liked it until it started to hurt). They used dopes like Frank and Dodd (and lotsa others from both sides) to set their game up. Then, when the deal went south, they went back to the same dopes to recover their losses through the bailouts.
It's not complicated, but a lot of corporations were in on it and pulled it off thanks to their henchmen in Congress.

Prince Obama is turning into a Neo Con right before our eyes, War Still Rages, Muslims Still Playing Soccer Down In Gitmo and Now He Says Some people Shouldn't Own Houses before you know it he'll be Deporting His Aunt Zucchini and Hanging the Ten Commandments in the Oval Office, I'm starting to like him........................

You are right and when I reread my post it should have read.
It got skittered away by the criminals that decided to tinker withing the system, and with the help of people like Barney Frank, amd Chris Dodd.
Re: Obama admits, not everyone deserves to own a home
Owning a home was once considered The American Dream, you married, you worked, you saved and you made your own dream come true, I did that, nobody ever gave me anything, I dropped out of school in the 9th grade I worked my a$s off, I have owned 3 Houses, raised four children, owned new cars, a Motorhome a Piano, A Guitar, two Banjo's and I've been drunk every weekend since 1945, I did it all by getting up everyday and going to work.
GOD BLESS AMERICA
