I haven't found anything saying it's false.

At this point, take it as one guy witting an article for Wired.com.

Knowing that the UK doesn't share in nearly the right we have, it's far more plausible.

Later in the article, someone is quoted in saying "Too little too late"...

Are these families getting funding from the government to maintain order in their own home? Is the government funding that? I am ok with people getting help when they cant police themselves. It does sort of open Pandoras box.
