In any case, those rights are derived from the Creator, from above any man-made instrument including the Constitution. God has been here longer than even America has. Correction: YOU are trying to hijack the thread.

Never fear, though, I'm still saying: Ginsberg is the worst thing that ever happened to the Supreme Court. Absolute worst. Makes Thurgood Marshall look like Geo Washington. She's against the majority almost always, and stands for all the things that are destroying America. She hates America, blames America for the Jewish Holocaust. As do most of the ACLU lawyers. The both support pornography because they hate America, want to destroy it.

Actually you were the one who did it, everyone else just ignored him.

This is the classic difference between an intellligent democratic person who practices christianity and someone who does not.. I look at the Supreme Court and how it is defined by the Constitution and how important it is in our society and how it has stood the test of time.. there are 9 men and women all of whom are incredbly smart jurists and collectively they make excellent decisions.. I do not care for some of them individually, but as a whole they balance each other out.. in this society one of the greatest dangers is having like minded people making all the major decisions for our country..

Not a big fan of Scalia, Roberts, Alito and Thomas.. but as a group they are usually pretty right on and there is much respect for the process and the court..

While others who wear their religion on their sleeve will conveniently pigeonhole people based on perception, and spew tired right wing talking points instead of doing the hard work and closely examining the hard issues...

The woman has pancreatic cancer, so her tenure on the bench may be short lived.. I know you wish she would die, your wish may come true.. do not understand your religion once again. Words like sick f... come to mind.

Must be a mirror-like reflection on your computer screen. We've seen it all before.

Nobody could be sicker than one who, for purely partisan political reasons, would roll over to someone destroying the greatest country of the past 250 years, turning it into a den of thieves, drug addicts, and fornicators.

Yet, despite Ginsberg's participation in all of that, I don't wish her to die -- that's YOUR false witness speaking yet again. I simply wish for her to retire. Leave the Supreme Court to those who genuinely love what America was created to fulfill. Leave now before creating any more regrets.

If and when she leaves she will be replaced by someone comparable.. something to look forward to, create hysteria about and make up BS stories about.. maybe the new one will have a pony tail and have real links to the ACLU..

Doesn't matter. He or she will have to learn Chinese or Mexican, anyway.
