On personal attacks imo they should be restrained. Attacks shouldn't be allowed based on race, religion, or ethnicity.

Calling someone dumb, retarded, stupid, idiot, moron etc. just because someone voiced their opinion should not be tolorated. To many times i've seen someone post a well written thought out position or argument only to be immediatly called a moron, idiot, or azzhole that has nothing to say or knows nothing. Allowing this type of behavior dimimishes the forum.
