I'm sure those who favor a weaker federal government and stronger state governments have confidence that the states will know how to work out their problems.
How bout those who want smaller state and local government?
"Some guys play in all-star games, some guys don't. I don't know who picks all those all-star teams. In all honesty, I don't know who picks the combine, for that matter," Belichick said. "How does (Miami-Ohio offensive lineman Brandon) Brooks not get invited to the combine? How did Vollmer not get invited to the combine? I don't know. We can't really worry about that. We just have to try to evaluate them the best we can."
Its a hell of a mess the last administration left those states in isn't it?
It ain't the last adminstration's doings, it's how the states are allowed to spend. Unlike the federal government they can't run deficits nor spend more money than they actually take in.
They don't have the money so they need to cut costs no matter where, instead of spending money like a drunken sailor to try to buy their way out of a financial problem passing the problems onto the next generation.
"As long as we have Belichick, I always think that we're going to be just fine."...Tom Brady, in reference to his coach.
“It is what it is, but it ain’t what you think.”...Brandon Spikes
