It is a clear violation of her constitutional rights, the supreme court agreed.... babble all you want, but you cannot violate a person's constitutional rights.. those entrusted with such a high level should never cross this line... in the past huge amounts of money has been associated with these types of cases.

This happened a lot in the 90's. It was like a weekly event. Some kid was getting kick out of school for having asprin, motrin midal etc. And what got me is the principle or school board member thought ther was nothing at all wrong in strip searching a 12 or 13 year old girl because she might have a "hit" of midal on her.

Hoss manure. Just because a bunch of black robes sitting in some politically correct salon somewhere beyond the reach of the common man makes some dumb-azz decision about a whining little ACLU-prompted cry-baby does not make it the "holy grail" of the U.S. Constitution.

The school had probable cause. She was NOT harmed in any way, and this entire episode is just another attempt to bury crime and sin, making harder to expose, and therefore more difficult to repair. Dumb-azz, puzzy-azz, pathetic, cry-baby decision by a bunch of pampered freaks in robes. Oooooo, I got a hang-nail today!! I can't POSSIBLY go to the bench today!! I might catch an infection!!

Yeah i forgot my pair of $10 drug store reading glasses, not that it makes all that much difference. Anyways it is wrong i was out of hand in the 70's not the 90's.
