Barrons points out methodological issues with the "trust fund exhaustion by 2016" projection; this author says harmonizing the mean retirement age w/actual dept. of Treasury estimates puts you at 2018, and that's not accounting for the effect of the 08 meltdown. Eeenteresting. |
