Barney Frank is an arsehole...and he does not deserve to have the privelage of serving us...yet there are enough idiots out there that vote for him anyway....I just don't get it.

You're probably thinking of MSNBC not CNBC. CNBC has plenty of righties - heck, it's a station of and for investors so they largely aren't in favor of the government buying the country.

That said, Frank is a dork and it makes me shake my head how much power a guy like that has.

Barney is a liberal elitist ... not unlike a white supremist or anyone else who thinks they are above others and know what's best for the rest of us. They are on the left and right but have different names ... same M.O. in my opinion.

Frank is nothing more than an ideological demagogue. He will never discuss or have any kind of understanding for anything other than what he wants, which is nothing less than total socialism. He hates free enterprise, he hates the norm of America and the American way that allowed the nation to be as successful as it became. He has been on a personal campaign to radically "change" America from day one. Barney Frank is one of -- if not THE MOST -- extreme left-wing politicians ever to sit in Congress. He's stinks up the place from wall to wall.
