4. $500 cars with 4K speaker systems
5. People who come from the gym and circle the parking lot looking for a close spot
6. Wal Mart
7. Talking on cellphones on any public transportation
8. Mandatory testing in schools
9. Department of Education, give it to the states
10.Department of Homeland Security, a knee jerk reaction to something that could have been coordinated under other departments
11.State places where you get your licenses, plates etc.
