Kevin Jennings, a homosexual activist who worked to create "safe spaces" for gay students at schools, has been appointed by the Obama administration to be assistant deputy secretary of the Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools inside the Department of Education.
Jennings is also the founder of the Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network (GLSEN), a "leading advocacy organization to promote a homosexual agenda in schools," said Peter Sprigg, senior fellow for policy studies at the Family Research Council.
I'm speechless when I read it.

What are you speechless about? What are you specifically against? If the FRC is one of the sites you rely on, keep in mind it's a far-right group that disseminates a lot of misinformation. I'm quite familiar with the group. I signed up for their emails a couple years ago just to see what they're presenting.
In the past they've presented bogus research claiming that children of gay parents grow up with more problems than children of gay parents or faulty claims about sex crimes and homosexuals. They decided on their own that any guy who abuses a boy is a homosexual, even if the guy is married and has abused girls as well. Using that kind of interpretation of data, they have repeatedly made dishonest cases against gays.

The Obama administration has made several efforts in recent weeks to accommodate gay Americans by making little-noticed appointments, announcements and policy changes at federal agencies.

As the founder and former executive director of Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), Mr. Jennings coordinated school-centered campaigns, such as the National Day of Silence, when students refuse to speak to raise awareness about bullying against gays.
Everybody still says the same thing about Obama gay educator. Geez, is it the reason we need to have 'gay tolerant' in school?
Is it the reason Obama declared that june is the month of 'gay pride'?

Personally, I think it's great when Obama stands up for gays or any other minority. There is nothing wrong with that, and the so called gay agenda is about teaching tolerance and respect in schools, which I happen to be for. Gay kids still have it tough, often forced to be closeted under threat by family and peers. I don't know what policies you specifically object to, and I might add that the Washington Times, though quite a good newspaper, is actually owned by the Reverend Moon, who is one of the most anti-gay religious leaders around.

The real story here is GLSEN's involvement with the infamous "fistgate" in the Massachusetts education system. Several parents secretly recorded teachers teaching students in sex ed about 'fisting'
