Seems as though Newt is getting a lot of face time, but Palin is not too far behind.. aside from their personal morality issues in of any of this, the rhetoric is getting interesting.

Newt no longer feels Sontamayer is racist, but she is now a "racialist".. that clarified a lot...

Newt now that he has found Jesus and the Catholic Church, says we are surrounded by "paganism".. these late in life conversions always prove interesting.. think he has been listening to the O'Reilly Christmas archives..

Palin is accused from stealing a speech from Newt that he wrote 4 years ago.. pretty sure she does not write her own stuff, so someone else is responsible..

Palin is spending more and more time in the lower 48, developing recognition of herself.. even though she seems to be person non grata at the big Republican events..

Now Chuck Norris is considering a run for President, in the meantime has annointed Roy Moore, John Kasich and Bob Vander Platt for various offices as they reflect his views.. he still thinks that Ron Paul is the answer.

And Grassley is whining because he had to do some work this weekend.. all of congress should be voted out, and they should start all over again.. bunch of whiney pigs.. put new people in the government trough..

Newt will never be elected to any major office in the exec.branch. He has too many past scandals.

Palin is still as dumb as ever, perhaps the least qualified/competent VP candidate we've ever had.

I've been liking what I've been seeing of Pawlenty recently. He's kind of boring and I wasn't a big fan of his for the VP slot as McCain needed a grand slam and Pawlenty would be a double at best. But given a new year and a new campaign I like this guy a lot. My first choice is still Newt but I don't see him as electable unfortunately.

Pawlenty is between a rock and a hard place regarding Coleman, it seems as though he has lost the election.. but Pawlenty is waiting to be acted on.. then they can blame the "activist court".. sometimes decisions need to be made.

Pawlenty has stated that he plans to uphold the law and if he's told to certify the win for the Democrats that is what he'll do. He's just waiting for any legal appeals to complete.
