What kind of 'checks and balances' are you talking when the SC judges told the governor to take Obama's money?

What else do you want SC judges to tell the governor? Do you want them to run SC business if the governor can't do a better job?

Actually there is also a 3RD BRANCH. It's called the SC Legislature.

But I don't want to go too fast for you, you're still discovering the 2nd Branch and how the Judiciary works.

There are no funds to appropriate UNTIL the gov applies for them AND they are granted.

Another example of Imperial courts overstepping their authority.

HE ( The gov) should be appluded for acting responsibly instead of creating more pork.
