really? nooooo.....but read on bumhurt there's more.
“In particular, the CIA believes that it would have been unable to obtain critical information from numerous detainees, including KSM and Abu Zubaydah, without these enhanced techniques,” says the Justice Department memo. “Both KSM and Zubaydah had ‘expressed their belief that the general US population was ‘weak,’ lacked resilience, and would be unable to ‘do what was necessary’ to prevent the terrorists from succeeding in their goals.’ Indeed, before the CIA used enhanced techniques in its interrogation of KSM, KSM resisted giving any answers to questions about future attacks, simply noting, ‘Soon you will know.’”
so bumhurt, should we have just stuck with the "other" methods? maybe, if we had done that you could have smuggly sat in your comfy chair at home and watched as americans made the choice between burning to death or jumpin 80 stories. remember what the cia said bumhurt, "that it would have been unable to obtain critical information from numerous detainees, including KSM and Abu Zubaydah". so bumhurt which report of the cia should we put our faith in. the one from 1996 or the one that saved american lives in LA? Does this sound like a false dilema? the plans were in place bumhurt. "soon you will know". what would you have done to these men bumhurt? used the other tactics that weren't working? good job. here are more facts for you.
After he was subjected to the “waterboard” technique, KSM became cooperative, (whoops, that's not supposed to happen)providing intelligence that led to the capture of key al Qaeda allies and, eventually, the closing down of an East Asian terrorist cell that had been tasked with carrying out the 9/11-style attack on Los Angeles.
A CIA spokesman confirmed to CNSNews.com today that the CIA stands by the factual assertions made here.
In the memo itself, the Justice Department’s Bradbury told the CIA’s Rossi: “Your office has informed us that the CIA believes that ‘the intelligence acquired from these interrogations has been a key reason why al Qa’ida has failed to launch a spectacular attack in the West since 11 September 2001.”
O RLY? sorry bumhurt but you are wrong. imo of course.

First off, if you had diagrammed your sentences correctly you would have seen that just because a+b=12 that 45X6 doesn't always = 9, except on Thursdays when the temperature of Mars is equally divide by 16 to the 4th power.....but what about c+d-18???? Huh? Got you there didn't I? Besides, that doesn't mean that tickling him behind his left ear for 20 seconds wouldn't have worked either also. yeah...........and the towels are kinda scratchy too.
