I wonder how Martin Luther king Jr would feel about this one, the new White House requests Jesus be covered up while His Highness President Jug Ears speaks.
If there is such a place as Heaven and if Martin Luther King Jr now resides there I bet he's 'weeping' the first Black President and he doesn't want Jesus around when he's giving one of his glorious speeches.
Martin Luther King Jr loved Jesus and spoke of him often in his own speeches, King must be ashamed of this "New Guy" and his Teleprompters..

Of course the pendulum will swing back, it always does. However, the extreme right crowd holding sway over the Republican party right now will only be an impediment. The only way for the Repubs to get back is to evolve again to a bigger tent. Counting only on the 26% hard core right is not a national strategy. Reagan knew that, and yes, Rove knows that too. Limbaugh knows it, but doesn't really care - - his priority is his own checkbook. It's fun to watch them stumbling around Palin, Beck, etc. for the time being. They'll smarten up in time.
