The skank Palin used her family for political gain at least as much as any democrat. That's what happens when politicians use their "family life" as a political tool. Obama did the same to a much less degree. Mrs. O put herself out there and made herself a political football in a calculated move that helped Mr. O. How many times did we have to hear about Trig and disabled children (fine with me, BTW), her husband's "snowmachine" championships, her parents were dragged out for interviews, etc...

Your fake outrage and disgusting desire to see Obama's children knocked up is duly noted.

I get the anger. I don't think anyone's children should be brought into politics and I don't think a politician's child should be allowed to somehow become representative of any faction nor should they become anybody's scapegoat. I completely disagree with anyone's attempt to manipulate Biden's daughter's situation into something political. I also think what was done to Sarah Palin and her family was a travesty and that travesty exemplified everything that's wrong with politics.

What happened to Palin's daughter had nothing to do with her politics nor did it have anything to do with their values. I'll bet you can find a decent crosssection of dems and reps whose children or themselves haven't crossed a boundary of some kind.

Don't use someone else's tragedy as a means to forward your own agenda; that makes you NO BETTER than the very people you're chastising.
