Only idiots...and I'm not calling you an idiot, FTW so don't ban me or some *****.. think that snowstorms are examples of a lack of evidence of global climate effects from fossil fuel burning. The polar ice is retreating rapidly, and the changes in climate from changes in ocean current temparatures and atmospheric shifts are well-documented. Go ahead and ignore the science that disagrees with your talking points from corporate newsletters if you like. The rest of the world will continue to make changes that will benefit society.

Yes...and there's your "god" talking to Pelosi....sending her a message with a snow storm so she, ironically, can't get to a "global warming" meeting. Yep, it's God who wants us to continue to rely on fossil fuels for energy and pollute the air, water and soil with heavy metals and add to the number of children witb neurological disorders and adults with cancers from our continued use of petroleum...yep...that's God talking.

BTW the polar ice isn't retreating currently, much of it was lost by a NASA satallite, or Hansen is screwing up the data again.

They didn't call it a global climate change conference, THEY CALLED IT A GLOBAL WARMING CONFERENCE, and they had to cancel it BECAUSE OF SNOW, in Washington DC, IN MARCH

All the data that was used to create this phoney hypothosis, has been escued by the last two years weather. Man made Global Warming, or Global Climate change is an absolute crock of ****!! and everyone knows it. It is a giant money grab (see Obama's "Carbon credit" taxes for details) and nothing more.

No it cancelled Nancy Pelosi's GOVERMENT PAID FOR PRIVATE JET, that she uses to fly around the country with (and talk about the myth of gloabl warming).

A letter sent to the Canadian Prime Minister on April 6, 2006 by 60 prominent scientists who question the basis for climate alarmism, clearly explains the current state of scientific knowledge on global warming. The 60 scientists wrote: "If, back in the mid-1990s, we knew what we know today about climate, Kyoto would almost certainly not exist, because we would have concluded it was not necessary." The letter also noted: "‘Climate change is real' is a meaningless phrase used repeatedly by activists to convince the public that a climate catastrophe is looming and humanity is the cause. Neither of these fears is justified. Global climate changes occur all the time due to natural causes and the human impact still remains impossible to distinguish from this natural ‘noise."

In 2006, the director of the International Arctic Research Center in Fairbanks Alaska, testified to Congress that highly publicized climate models showing a disappearing Arctic were nothing more than "science fiction."

We've had flat to lower temperatures for close to a decade now. Those who think they know are wrong, they don't know. The MMGW alarmists like to say that one year doesn't matter - true - but in the lifespan of the earth neither does the last 10 years of stagnant temperatures or the previous 20 or so of rising temperatures.

Whatever side you're on, you don't know. Why try to fix something that you don't know is even a problem ???
