Default George Bush confounds critics again -- celebrates not being the worst ever

George Bush Not the Worst President Ever | dagblog.com

Quote:
Defying expectations and confounding the critics one last time, George W. Bush is not the worst president ever according to C-Span's Historians Survey of Presidential Leadership. Bush beat out Millard Fillmore, Warren Harding, William Henry Harrison, Franklin D. Pierce, Andrew Johnson, and James Buchanan to place a respectable 36th out of 42.

...

According to the historians, Bush's ineffectiveness was comprehensive. He did not win the worst prize in any field of expertise but was uniformly bad across all fields, though he did place 39th in economic management, just ahead of Herbert Hoover, and 40th in international relations, narrowly losing to William Henry Harrison.

Wasn't Harrison the dude who didn't wear a coat in sub-freezing temperatures at his Inauguration, then compounded that brilliant decision by giving the LONGEST speech in Inaugural history and (to top it off in spectacular fashion) croaked one month into his Presidency from the inevitable pneumonia he contracted?

Bush beat out THAT Mensa Member?

Way to go Dubya!!!!!!!!!!

(I love the fact that the article states that he "narrowly" lost out to William Henry Harrison. That's like "narrowly" losing out to Stevie Wonder in an archery tournament).
