More lies. The first place I visited when I worked in campus ministry at Dartmouth was the College Chaplain. I started everything with the College administration, before I spoke to a single student or member of the faculty. The other campus ministers -- Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, Orthodox, etc. -- were afraid of my competition (one person, little ol' me!!) so they collectively voted to give me reduced status, as a "campus missionary", instead of "campus minister", so I took my work elsewhere. I could have stayed and worked as a "missionary", but chose not to. Dust off the sandals and keep on keepin' on.
