Interesting review, especially from the legal standpoint, but I'd have to agree with this point:

And based on that fact Bush isn't the only president who should've been prosecuted. But the premise of the book-> film is to essentially make war itself a crime. Fascinating thought process,especially if you're a legal eagle.
