No, we pay them what they are worth in comparison to non-union, unskilled workers or skilled workers. And then decrease it.

You watch what's going to happen to union workers over the next 5 years and get back to me.

Seriously though, I think the gubmit should build a USAPike, put tolls all over it, and give everyone a job. It could even pay people to drive up and down this Pike, just to pay the tolls. Think of all the money the tolls would make, if we paid people to pay them all day long. We'd have to hire even more toll workers and cops too!
