Here's a simple, common sense statement: The cause of our economic decline is most certainly "Reckless over-spending". Having said that, how on earth can anyone believe that over spending will help our economy?

"Reckless over-spending" is defined as spending money one does not have. Even more importantly, it would be spending money we don't have with no guaranteed return on investment.

I wish our new president the best. But I pray he has some advisors cautioning him NOT to spend "whatever it takes to turn the economy around" because the truth is, all the money in the world may not be able to turn it around.
