I would definitely agree on this point. Not saying that he can't be, but there's really no evidence in his past that would prove he's a unifier or that he's bi-partisan. People might say that the results of this election prove that he is a unifier, but I would argue that as well. His ability to take some traditionally red states is likely more from the terrible opinion of Bush.
I hope he is though, I'm not rooting for him to fail.
Yeah, he may be and I hope he is, but we definitely don't KNOW he is yet. I always like to point out that 2 guys who ran as uniters in the past were Richard Nixon and George W Bush.
