so does this mean marijuana is going ot be more prevalent. what does it mean for schools and kids?

Well, CLEARLY, as studies have "shown"... lack of accountability regarding pot use will ONLY lead to increased use of crack, promiscuity and godlessness ... take that to the bank... you'll all be judged...

Hi , when you are an adult , you get a Fine, when in possession of for an ounce or less , not jail time.

If you drink alcohol at home ,nobody bothers you same for pot now , but if you drive under influence , of course , you will get arrested.

I remember going to concerts at the then Providence Civic Center and smoking joints (along with many) right next to the cops ... it was a sight to see back in the late 70's.
