Let me tell you this : alcohol is 100% more destructive than pot , and yet it is sold with no problem (see statistics)
And i believe using pot as relaxing and medication for sick people is better than chemical pills who have many bad side effects.

That would be yes but i think drugs is only a federal crime when it involves the crossing of the state line.

curious... for those who voted no... would you feel the same if your son or daughter was busted for a joint in college, and it stained their record for the rest of their lives, denying them job opportunites and advancements?

that's what the question was about... not advocating drug use...

It means that parents will have to start doing their jobs.

What I can't fathom for a second is why people actually voted NOT to cut their income tax.

except pot is smoke and alcohol is a liquid. so if you have a neighbor who is a chain smoker will you be fine with smelling that constantly? or what about going out to eat and the waitress smells like it?

i just think it will be more prevalent. the alcohol argument doesn't justify it. alcohol should be dealt with somehow too but our society condones it.

let's just hope marijuana never gets legallized otherwise it will be like a cialis commercial
