Barney Frank is probably the one person in the world who is most responsible for the economic melt-down. He has ridden herd on the failed CRA legislation since its inception, all in his transparent attempt to pander to blacks so they will over look his obviously obscene abominable life style. The biggest buy out in American history, and so many in the black community fell for it.
