Default Indiana Becomes Toss-Up State

How's it going John? One of the most conservative states in the country has now become a battleground state. Obama currently has 44 field offices in Indiana compared to none for McCain.

Texas does appear safe for McCain.

It's looking like it will be a republican bloodbath on Nov. 4th.
Oh well ... it will hurt the balance but it will send a loud message.
Also ... are these polls accurate or will be be surprised ... in any case I for one welcome November 5th.

We'll survive as long as the Democrats don't get to 60 in the Senate. If they do . . . I don't know what to say.

I view most polls as unreliable with the bonus of being distorted. I pay more attention to the electoral map and how each individual state is polling. The polling results may be off, but when states like N. Carolina, Indiana, Missouri, and West Virginia are in the toss-up category or leaning Democratic, it adds credibility to the national polls which show Obama leading by 8+ points. In addition, when a state such as Indiana falls into the toss-up category, its not rational to voice voter fraud.
